Circulation services at the Service Desk provide the lending of library materials during all hours of library operation. Library staff are available to answer questions and help you locate books and other materials in the library including reserves, old exams, and study aids. Come to the Service Desk to check out and return books, copy cards, and other materials.

Many resources in the library’s collections do not circulate.  Please check with the Service Desk staff to see if an item is available to be checked out. Students may check out circulating books or materials for 4 weeks. Reserve materials may be checked out for 4 hours. Students must present their Wake Forest University ID card when checking out circulating or reserve materials.  All checked out materials should be returned to the Service Desk.

Currently enrolled students in the Wake Forest School of Law may borrow materials at the Wake Forest University Law Library and have access and borrowing privileges at all of the Wake Forest University libraries.

Reserves

Reserve materials such as class readings, old exams, study aids, and hornbooks are shelved at the Service Desk. The loan period is typically 4 hours and reserve material must be used within the library.
